However, to enable us to continue our services, we’d like to advise you of the steps our cleaning teams have taken to ensure we are prepared for all
scenarios.

Hygiene is critical
There’s a lot we still don’t know about Coronavirus, but health authorities have been clear that maintaining good hygiene is absolutely critical. We will
be following all UK Government guidelines as and when they are issued, and we will keep you updated with any changes to our usual operating
procedures.
Our staff will be wearing face masks as well as disposable gloves for each house clean so as not to touch any surfaces with their bare hands in addition
staff will be hand-washing continuously throughout their working day all of which are in addition to our normal Health & Safety procedures.
We have provided all our cleaning teams with antibacterial cleaner and sanitiser wipes. As part of their usual round, they will be stepping up the
cleaning of door handles, finger plates and light switches which may take priority over other tasks, so please bear with us and keep on top of these
precautions in between cleaning visits.
